AL-MAQSAD: Journal of Islamic Studies is a peer-reviewed academic journal published biannually (June and December) by the Study Program of Islamic Studies, STIQSI Lamongan (Al-Ishlah College of Al-Qur'an and Science), Indonesia. The journal serves as a scholarly platform for advancing contemporary and interdisciplinary research in Islamic Studies at national and international levels.

AL-MAQSAD publishes original research articles derived from textual analysis and fieldwork-based studies. The journal promotes critical, analytical, and integrative approaches to Islamic scholarship, encompassing classical, medieval, modern, and contemporary perspectives. It encourages dialogue between tradition and modernity, as well as between Islamic intellectual heritage and present-day global challenges.
